Nash Point beach situated on the South Wales coast, (CF61 1ZH) is a real hidden gem, not only is it an ideal beach for finding fossils and rock pool sea-life, but it also has a lighthouse!

There is a small car park which does charge £1.50 in season, but it is well worth it when you see the views!

The lighthouse looks magnificent, however if you want to have a close-up look, this will cost you!

Instead why not admire the lighthouse from afar and go searching for Ammonites instead! There are plenty to be found on this beach, you just need a keen eye, and some patience!

This beach has plenty of Rock pools for adults and children to explore, with bountiful supply of Limpets, Sea-Snails, Sea Anemones and the odd Crab here and there!

This beach is more of a rock beach than your typical sand beach, however there are some grasslands at the entrance if you wanted to set up a picnic and enjoy the wildlife!

This beach is more for older children /adults who love exploring and of course it also forms part of the Wales coast path!
